Business Development Manager 

Third Wave Digital, is looking for an experienced and forward-thinking Business Development Manager to help us grow our company. We are a niche web development, web hosting and digital media company servicing a wide variety of industries.  We are looking for an energetic and collaborative individual to help us leverage our successes and identify new opportunities that capitalize on our current verticals.  

If you have a record of proven success, previous business experience, or business contacts in higher education, C-Stores, or QSRs then you have our attention.  If you have additional experience working in digital media or web development then we’re really interested.   

In the role of Business Development Manager, you will be empowered to create and apply an effective sales and hiring strategy.  

Responsibilities include: 

  • Identify and research potential clients 

  • Develop and maintain client relationships 

  • Coordinate with sales and management to develop mutually beneficial proposals 

  • Gather useful information from customer and competitor data 

  • Make and give presentations to prospective clients and internal executives 

  • Grow revenue and EBITDA 


  • 5-10 years’ experience in business development, preferably in web development, web hosting or digital media. 
  • Strong management and leadership skills 

  • Self-starter who requires little supervision and direction 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 

  • Computer skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) 

  • Travel may be required from time to time, but we don’t expect any significant travel needs. 

This role can be positioned either as a permanent full-time employee or temporary part-time contract work depending on what you bring to the table. Our corporate office is in Macon, Georgia but we are open for the possibility of remote work depending on how the position is structured. Salary commensurate with experience and will include base and incentive structure.
